Gnocchi, gnocchi, gnocchi

Gnocchi are easy to make, but this dish requires a little more time to prepare than our others.
Boil 2 large (unpeeled) potatoes and only peel them after they've almost cooled completely.
Cube them, squash them with a fork, and mix them with 1to 2 cup(s) gluten free flour and 1 to 1.5 teaspoon(s) guar gum. Also add some salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll the 'dough' out and cut + shape it into gnocchi (we cheat as we have a gadget for this).
Throw all in boiling, salted water and they should be ready in 3 minutes.
For the sauce you will need tinned tomatoes (chopped), tomato paste, vegan/gluten free stock cube, agave syrup, rosemary, and salt and pepper (all to taste).
Roast some pine nuts as this makes a great topping and serve with vegetables or a salad. Don't forget the nutritional yeast as this really completes this delicious Italian dish.
