Best chili ever

This is just chopped onions and garlic fried in a little bit of olive oil, black beans, tomatoes, vegetable stock cube, cayenne pepper (or chili powder), paprika, turmeric (optional), a little bit of cinnamon, teaspoon of agave syrup and salt and pepper. Serve with pumpkins seeds and wild rice. Add edamame if you have some lying around (we always have some freshly boiled (from frozen) in the fridge). You can make a big batch if you are on a boat and have the leftovers in a wrap!
If you stick to Dr Michael Greger's Daily Dozen, then this is truly a great dish... especially with a bit of broccoli on the side.
